BOAT AGREEMENT

Lifetime Warranty

Our boats have a limited lifetime warranty. Read More...

Purchase Agreement

I understand that my purchase of a boat from Guideboat Company is a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason outside of product defect.

Life Vest Acknowledgment

I understand that with boats under 16 ft long, a Coast Guard-approved life jacket must be carried for each person on board. If stored, these life jackets must be readily available (easy to get to), and you must show passengers the location of life jackets and other safety equipment. I have been offered life vests with my purchase and understand that boating law requires a life vest for each person occupying the boat.
